That's it...

Well, it looks like the CiscoBlog has grown too big for my current hosting provider (BlueHost.com). This is the second time my "account has been suspended" due to "reason: site causing performance problems". I guess you get what you pay for ($6.95 a month seemed too good to be true :)

Does anyone know of a good hosting provider? Low cost + reliable + tons of storage space + bandwidth?

...and who won't shut down your site if it gets busy...

I, too, wondered what had happend. Here I am thinking... there he goes... violating terms of use .... heh!

I was looking at siteground.com for my own site. 6.95/mo with 750 GB of disk space and 7500GB of traffic. Plus, you can load applications for free (Wordpress, MySQL, Drupal, MediaWiki).

Personally, I've never heard of such space and traffic, though it's completely "shared". You can also get virtual dedicated, but it'll cost ya.

Careful with providers that offer too much storage, do you really need that much? Take a peek at http://www.hostjury.com

How much disk space and transfer do you need?

You are going past Bluehosts 15GB/month transfer? Thats not bad for $6.95/month, I don't think I know of anything that beats that off the top of my head.

i use hostmonster and it works pretty good. or you can also use Yahoo web hosting. you can find a complete review of both of them here: http://blog.teqedge.com/2008/02/09/yahoo-unlimited-web-hosting-the-good-bad/

How many hits a month are you getting? There is hardly anything on here (graphics or script wise) that would appear to cause a heavy load... I jsut find it strange. Were they any more specific about the root cause?

I am training for my CCNA. I have aquired a 1601R router (don't laugh) - i was low on cash at the time... I can't configure 'router on a stick.' There is no 'encapsulation' option under the sub interface. Any ideas?

Your videos are great!
