QoS over VPN Tunnel Configuration
Cisco has posted a nice configuration allowing you to implement QoS over a VPN...Okay, I know there's no "true" QoS over the Internet, but a configuration like this can at least increase your chances of having clean VoIP phones running from a home/small office. Just click below!

This is not so much a technical post ... it's a question. If I have an OC-3 link that is delivered on 2 FE ports via etherchannel ... how would I tell the switch (3750-24-TS) in this case that the port-channel is really only 155Mbps rather then 200Mbps as it assumes it is? The reason is that I want QoS to be active on the link and it appears that QoS never really kicks in since it assumes the link is 200 not 155 so thus never congested.
Hope this makes sense ... I had thought the bandwidth statement on the Po interface would do it ... but can't find any evidence that it does/will achieve this.
Hope this is not too off-topic.
Thanks
